A Time to Rebuild!

Hey guys my name is Nikhil and I am doing this video because the Lord has been putting it on my heart for a long time to start a youtube channel and just start sharing the messages that the Lord gives me for his church right now and recently I was actually in a prayer set at my church and it was amazing the worships going and I feel the Lord start to really burn a message in my heart for the people that were there and before I knew it this thought was over and I didn't have time to share it and as I was walking away I felt the Lord kind of nudged me and goats I told you where did share I given you a platform use it and actually feel like for a lot of people in this season the Lord is just kind of nudging going just called you here I want you to run with it go with it and forever reason whatever reason we're not going there and I just really feel like that's the Lord's encouragement to us in the season as this year is coming to a close and I felt like he wanted me to share that message that it was for the church that he was putting in my heart so I was just feeling like there was a lot of people that were broken hearted and just filled with sorrow and grief and have lost a lot of things and had just been through a lot of trial and testing in this season and as I was feeling that I felt like the Lord was like encouraged them shared the scripture that I'm close to the brokenhearted and I'm close to the contrite in spirit and and change your perspective from it being a bad thing to actually a good thing instead of it being about sorrow and despair it being about a place where he's gonna give you hope and instead about about it being about destruction being a place where he's going to rebuild you and I also felt like he was saying that it's not even about what's been taken from you in this season it's about what he's going to give you in this season and I wanted to read a scripture that came to my heart and it in Isaiah 54 which I encourage everyone to read that scripture right now because it's rich with Revelation for his people in this time but the part I wanted to read it says afflicted City lashed by storms and not comforted I will rebuild you and I actually listened to a message by Paul Keith Davis recently that I encourage everyone to listen to you because it's it's it's just direct and clear to the body of Christ about what's happening right now and he talks about a rebuilding and a remnant of people that the Lord is really maturing in this season and about how not all believers will be true sons and daughters of the Living God and reign with Christ on this earth but those who are yielded to the Lord and allow him to deal with their hearts and yield to what even looks like suffering sometimes that if we allow the Lord to matura these remnant of people will be those that reign with Christ and even though was a sobering message it was actually very encouraging to me because it allowed me to see Wow even in this place where I'm experiencing so much pain in that place if it's maturing me to make me look more like Jesus and reign with him on this earth that's worth it to me and I I really felt like the Lord was wanting me to say do not allow your pain or your past to disqualify you from what he's called you to because that's that's something that's so easy to do to focus on well I'm disqualified because of ABC or my past says that I'm this and I just feel like the Lord is saying even like the story in I think it was acts 28 is where Paul is he's gathering sticks and he gets bitten by a snake and everybody's watching him and he could have been like oh I'm in so much pain and focused on that but instead he threw the snake back into the fire and then he went and he prayed for a bunch people when they got healed and I feel like that's what the Lord is saying about our pain and and our past just throw it into the fire because he has a message for us to deliver he has the kingdom for us to deliver to people right now um and with that instead of letting her pain in her past disqualify us I feel like he's also saying don't let people disqualify you I know what it's like I know what that's like and something that I read recently was a quote and it said Noah looked like an idiot until it started to rain keep building and that was so encouraging to me and it's it remind me of the story of Joseph in his life there were so many tests and so many trials and so many things that wouldn't make sense to the outward human eye people could look at Joseph and say oh you must not be following God or you must not be doing the right things or making the right choices or it could have easily been in place where people condemned him instead of instead of believing he was following the will of the Lord and in the Lord's voice to him but in reality the Lord was building a testimony throughout his life even when he was in the pit even when all these bad things happened to him even when he was in prison the Lord was one he was maturing him in that place of the tests and trials that he went through it even says in Psalms that God tested Joseph's character until due time to fulfill his dreams so one Joseph was being tested throughout that time and tried so that his character could withhold his calling but two he was actually in the will of the Lord so I just want to encourage you not to let people disqualify you or point at your past and point out your mistakes because the Lord is building a testimony within your life throughout your life that will preach and and the glory of God will be seen in your life and I also felt like the Lord was saying that all these places where there has been testing and and it's been difficult that in these very places we'll be the places that we will stand and it'll be a place of strength for us and people will see the strength of the Lord like that scripture where he says let the weak say that I am strong and in our weakness he is strong and so I just really felt to encourage you guys with that and recently as I'm like really pressing into this place with the Lord the Lord showed me a vision of this tree that he was uprooting out of my heart and it was a dead sickly looking tree and but as he was uprooting it out I was like oh that it that hurts so bad God like I'm not gonna make it because he had grown roots so deep and that thing had become so precious to me but as he was doing that he ripped it up and then he put this beautiful flourishing tree that was huge into my heart and he planted it there and he said Nicole give me your dreams so that I could give you better ones than you could ever imagine so that I could give you mine and that just reminded me of the scripture where it says that that a tree of life is is a dream fulfilled and so I encourage you to just lay down those things your dreams even that you don't understand what's happening lay it down so that he can give you something so much greater and the next day as I was just kind of like really meditating on that in my heart the next day the Lord said to me as I woke up he said Nicole let the dead bury the dead and I was like whoa because all these things that I was having to die to and let him rip up I was they had just become so close to my heart and things that I so desired and so loved and were precious to me but he was saying Nicole let let these things that have died in your life that I want to uproot in your life let them go because I have a message for you to preach I have something for you to do in this season that will lead to greater things than you ever imagined and he had me read this scripture Luke 960 it said Jesus said to him let the dead bury their own dead but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God and I really feel like that is a message for us right now and so in this place where of stripping really is what it what it is and just really ridding us of the things I would hinder us later on as this season comes to close and as this year comes to a close the Lord led me to the scripture and it's Corinthians 310 311 and it says for no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid which is Jesus Christ and I just feel like the Lord wanted me to share that scripture because that that is what is happening for us in this season he has stripped us those of us that have really yielded and surrendered to him he has stripped us clean of all the things that could be a hindrance all the things that could stand in the way so that he can give us the shore foundation that Jesus Christ is so that he can build upon that foundation on a foundation that won't be shaken and he can lead us into destiny in this time so I just encourage you guys that this year that we're stepping into 2018 is for destiny and to not look at what's broken to but to look at what he's building in this time god bless you guys thanks for listening and happy new year
