I have a word for Valentine's Day and the Lord gave it to me in a dream. And in the dream, I was an EMT and I was helping someone and I knew that they were heartbroken or had been attacked or something like that. And the conversation in the situation turned into a conversation about Valentine's Day. And in the dream, I laughed and I said, "Oh, I don't believe in that." Because of Hebrews 9:23 for the rest of the chapter.

And when I read it, the Lord gave me a word for Valentine's Day. So it says um Hebrews 9:23-26 in the NLT. That is why the tabernacle and everything in it which were copies of things in heaven had to be purified by the blood of animals. But the real things in heaven had to be purified with far better sacrifices than the blood of animals.

For Christ did not enter into a holy place made with human hands, which was only a copy of the true one in heaven. He entered into heaven itself to appear now before God on our behalf. And he did not enter heaven to offer himself again and again like the high priest here on earth who enters the most holy place year after year with the blood of an animal. If that had been necessary, Christ would have had to die again and again ever since the world began.

But now, once for all time, he has appeared at the end of the age to remove sin by his own death as a sacrifice. I asked the Lord, "What does this have to do with Valentine's Day?" And the Lord showed me that some of you are like that wounded victim that I was taking care of as an EMT. And a wounded heart looks to others for identity, for their value. And they feel like something is innately wrong with them.

So they look to others for telling them, proving to them that no, no, no, nothing's wrong with you, that they're worthy of love. So, um, those of you that are feeling heartbroken or sad to be alone on Valentine's Day, this is the word for you. Christ died once and for all, for you, for your value, for your identity, and you don't have to go back again and again to something human to prove to you your worth. And you have been made right with God.

Everything within you that was wrong has been made right. You've been purified and um Jesus accepted you. You're fully accepted in the beloved. It says in the word that you have the same preciousness of Christ before God now, the same value of his son.

And so you are one now with the living allsufficient God. In Colossians 2:20 it says, "In him you have been made complete." So on this Valentine's Day, remember what more could you need than that?
