God is about to Move While You Rest! Prophetic Now Word Part 2
The word
Peter was delivered from his chains and imprisonment WHILE HE WAS SLEEPING.
It doesn’t say that he was worshipping, praising and praying…
It doesn’t say that he was interceding, warring and doing warfare in the Spirit…
It doesn’t say that he was awake, filled with hope and expectation that he was going to be saved…
I believe the Lord is saying, it is ALWAYS GOOD, GODLY, AND RIGHT to aim to choose to be filled with thanksgiving, praise, worship, hopeful expectation and prayer in and throughout whatever trail, hardship, injustice, oppression and/or suffering that you are facing.
And if you feel called to war in intercession and fight in the spirit then by all means, fight.
HOWEVER, I want to remind you that God knows and looks at your HEART.
He understands your physical limitations and all that you are up against.
Hebrews 4:15 says that we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses.
And SOMETIMES, GOD who is all knowing, all powerful, AND kind and filled with mercy…
HE chooses to bring about your deliverance while YOU sleep and rest.
Sometimes God calls you to be STILL cease striving and know that HE is God.
Right here, right now in the middle of the bondage and oppression you are facing, He wants you to rest, lay down, and sleep. To trust him so much that you choose to completely rest internally.
He is speaking to you Isaiah 30:15, "In returning and REST you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”
Trust that GOD can take YOU from SLEEPING to SUDDENLY in this season!
In the next video I’m going to share more of God’s right now Prophetic Word to us through this account so keep a look out for that.

God is about to move suddenly, unexpectedly, and powerfully for you. This is part two of the prophetic now word from God referring to Acts 12. The Lord highlighted to me that in this account, Peter was delivered while he was sleeping. It doesn't say that he was worshiping, praising, and praying like the account of Paul and Silas when they were delivered from prison.
It doesn't say that he was interceding, waring, and doing warfare in the spirit. It doesn't say that he was awake, filled with hope and joyful expectation that he was going to be saved. I believe the Lord is saying it's always good, godly, and right to aim for and choose to be filled with thanksgiving, praise, worship, prayer, hopeful expectation in and throughout whatever trial, hardship, and injustice or oppression or suffering that you are facing. And if you feel called to war right now and intercession and fight in the spirit, then by all means fight. [sighs] However, I feel led to remind you that God knows and looks at your heart and he understands your physical limitations, the time and the season, and everything that you're currently up against.
Hebrews 4:15 says that we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses. And sometimes God who is all knowing and all powerful yet also kind and filled with mercy. He chooses to bring about your deliverance while you sleep and rest. Sometimes God is calling you to be still, cease striving and know that he is God.
If you feel from the Holy Spirit that this word is from for you, then I believe the Lord is telling you that right here, right now, in the middle of the bondage and oppression and battle that you're facing, he wants you to rest, lay down and sleep, to trust him. so much that you choose to completely internally rest. Sit down, sleep in the boat. He is speaking to Isaiah 30:15. In returning and rest, you shall be saved in quietness and trust shall be your strength.
Trust that God can take you from sleeping to suddenly in this season. In the next video, I'm going to share more of God's prophetic right now word to us through this account.
