Hope and Vision Prophetic Word 2020

Hey guys I apologize for not putting word out for quite a while the Lord has just been working really deeply in my heart and I have been allowing him to so I do have a word that has been stirring in my heart though for a few months I felt like he wanted me to share and probably the last two months of last year in the first month of this year I have seen a lot of people in the body stepping into their promised lands and it's like they're stepping into their promises and I feel like the enemy has brought so much attack of fear and intimidation and for some people I have seen that the enemy's just kind of wipe them out they've just been taken out by it and I sense that there's just been an all-out battle for many of you in the one area that you feel most called to in the one area of great purpose and a great destiny for your life that one area that you have been contending and believing in and for for a long time and I really since God saying that his word still remains and his character his nature does not change and he still has good for you and those promises still stand and I feel the zealous heart of the Lord saying that and what you thought was your greatest downfall your greatest defeat your greatest loss will be your greatest gain and your greatest place of strength in the kingdom of God in this season and that death that you have experienced really will bring so much life the Lord has so much life for you in this season and he's just declaring that this is not the end that it really does only get better from here and I really I really sense that the enemy has been after the body's hope and vision and there is a refining fire that the Lord is allowing to hit the body of Christ where Jesus can take his place as the hope and as the vision because everything that the enemy uses for evil Lord then turns it around for your good and the good of the kingdom and the good of your you working out your salvation and so I really believe that something can only be a gift when you are first by merrily connected to your hope being in him and I really feel that idols are being uprooted in this time but it's for the sake of freedom it's it's all this like emptying that's happening that is painful that is practically just really hard all that that purging that is going on is so that he can fill us with what he has and bring us into that promise and I felt like he wanted me to in this word just give some practicalities and so one of those is how do I tell if something is an idol in my life and one of the things is if your hope is in it and in this thing and you're receiving it and in happening if if you hope in that more than you hope in Jesus more than he hope in salvation more than you hope in intimacy with him more than you hope and knowing him if your hope is more in something else that's how to tell something is an idol if we ever feel like anything has ever owed to us that sense of entitlement that's I'm sure if I want to tell that something it points something it be an idol if you think or dream about it more than you think on and dream about him then what you think on the most what you dream of the most that's where your heart is that's where your affections are and so if that's anywhere other than Jesus then that's a good way to tell if we judge his faithfulness based on if something happens or if it happens a certain way or if we receive this thing at the certain timing that is a really great way to tell as well so I really also get a sense that God is asking any of us to let go of things in this season and sacrifice things and let things die and just the same way that he asked Abraham to to kill Isaac as is what I'm sensing he's doing with a lot of us and I do believe I know that he has a lot of promise for us in this season a ton of promise but we have to die to what we thought it would look like and that's not fun but I really sense him saying don't miss destiny because it doesn't come in the package you thought it would it will be unknown I feel like it probably will be scary it will be something that you've never experienced or seen and something you weren't expecting and and it'll probably look like what you didn't think it would look like but I really feel like the Lord is saying that he knows he knows what you need he knows who needs you he knows where you're needed he knows so much more than we do he knows so much better and we have to have the heart of trust in him and yielded Ness in him where we really believe that enough to step into those doors that he's opening and I do feel like for a lot of us it's going to be ease a lot of ease around it those doors that even we may not want to walk through but the ones that he's opening it's just easy in this season as I was as I was talking to Lord about all this and processing him telling me to let things die and all of that I was asking him God what does that mean what does that look like what do you mean let this die give this up you know kill it what does that mean and I felt like he said Abraham did not give up Isaac to have no hope he gave up his dream that God gave him knowing that somehow God would come through and keep his promise to him whether that looked like either resurrecting it or giving it back to him or giving him something else doing him something better he so knew the character of God that he trusted in that enough to kill the one thing that was most precious to him enough to do what he felt like the Lord was telling him to do even though it cost him everything what the dream that even God gave him so I felt like God was telling me if you let these things die that I'm asking you to which were the most precious things to me on earth he said if you let those things die as a seed in the ground then a tree of life will sprout from that seed and he gave me the scripture proverbs 13 12 that says Hope deferred makes the heart sick but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life so allowing what we thought was our greatest desire and what he's asking us to give up in this season to die will actually be the tree of life of our longing fulfilled where where it comes up from so another question I asked him practically is what does it mean to sacrifice something and let it die like what does that look like and one of the things he said is remove your hope from this thing and this thing ever happening and put it in Jesus don't live for that thing happening or a certain time or anything like that but live truly for Jesus even now when you don't see this thing or you have no idea how it's gonna happen don't live for it live for him another thing is get out of your head about it stop trying to figure it out like like take all of that all those affections really is what it is but over thinking and analyzing take that stop trying to figure it out and allow it to be buried deep in the ground of trust and let it stay there and it's really easy to give God something and then bear and like bring it back up and like oh yeah what about this again and again again but we all know that a seed can't die and then bear fruit without us letting it stay planted in the ground so that's one of the things he said let it be buried deep in the ground of trust um I wanted to share a couple stories that I felt like the Lord wanted me to share that were really encouraging to me in this season um both them were from mentors and this one mentor told me this story about her looking for a house when the Lord told her to and so they they were in a house but the Lord told them to look for a house so they made all these lists she wrote down everything she wanted a house her husband wrote down everything her daughter wrote down everything and then they began to look with the realtor and every house that they looked at that was within their budget was just dilapidated and old and been broken in so many ways and it was two years of that of them trying to find the house that was in within their budget that was anything on the list that they wanted and she got to a point where she was sitting in a house I was like leaking and all these things wrong with it but it was the best house that they had seen so far in all those two years so she was thinking about settling for it and then she kind of snapped to it and she was like what am i doing I need to go get my faith back like God told us to look for a house and I know that he is not telling us to look for a house that's worse than the one we have now he wants to give us the desires of our heart and these things on this list I need to go build my faith and so she told the realtor don't contact me I need to compete with the Lord about this and then maybe two weeks later and their realtor contacts her and she's like what are you doing I don't want you calling me I told you that I need to build my faith and she was like the Lord woke me up in my sleep and told me to take you to this house and it's way out of your budget but I know it's the Lord and so she takes her to this house and this house is everything that they had on their list and more I remember her saying there is like her daughter wanted her a playground and there was like three playgrounds and so there was just everything they wanted to multiply and then this mentor of mine was really close to her grandmother and even the bathroom walls were the same wallpaper that her grandmother had like just to detail everything was what they wanted and so she's like I know that this is our house so they started contending and going to war in prayer and just believing and declaring that it's theirs and then they put in an offer they told the realtor put in an offer for like a fraction of the price that they had for the house and she was like I don't wanna do that my name is on the line they said you work for us you put in that offer so she put in the offer and long story short they end up getting the house for the exact amount of money that they had including the down payment and all of that and so moral this story she was like Nicole do you want to like strive for something and make something happen in the natural or do you want something supernatural that the Lord Himself gives you like wait wait for it wait for it and also believe for it and don't settle for something just because it's the best you've seen yet and just because something keeps happening for a long amount of time do not then go into this disbelief where you're willing to settle for something just because it's best you've seen and so that really helped me a lot and she's like this is the importance of childlike faith when God tells you that he wants to give you something don't get bitter by the things that you see in the world by how long spin but actually believe him for it believe him for the above and beyond what you thought and there's one other story that I felt like I was supposed to share that kind of has the same theme but it's about a little girl and this little girl had the best dad in the whole world and he every time he'd come home he played with her he'd take her on daddy/daughter dates he was just super loving and a caring father and so he one day bought her these fake pearls and he put them on his daughter and she was in love with them she felt like the prettiest princess ever when she had these pearls on and then she would wear them everywhere she wear them in the shower to bed she never wanted to take these pearls off well they were the fake little pretend pearls so obviously they're like disintegrating and breaking and one day while the father was putting her to bed he said a sweetheart deal of me and she said of course daddy I'd do anything for you I'd give you everything I love you so much and he said would you give me your pearls and she immediately just felt a sinking her chest and was trying to think of anything else she could give him that was precious but of course that was the most precious thing to her so she was like Daddy I'll give you my Malibu Barbie that Mommy got me for Christmas and he was like it's okay sweetheart don't worry about it and that went on for a couple nights where he would ask her do you love me would you give me your pearls and she'd just try to think about anything else she could give him that was really precious but not as precious and he just kept saying it's okay sweetheart don't worry about it till he finally stopped asking well then she beats she was thinking about it thinking about it like my dad he's such a good daddy like he's always been so good to me he's always giving me so much if he wants him I should give it to them give it to him and then one day he takes her on a daddy-daughter date and she's not talkative she's not playful like she usually is and he's like sweetheart what's wrong and she looks up at him with all these tears in her eyes and she says daddy you can have my pearls and she takes it off and and she's just like knows it's the right thing to do because she knows how much her daddy loves her and so he gets a big smile on his face and he takes the pearls while he's taking out real pearls out of his pocket and he gives them to his daughter and she's so excited she's jumping up and down she's like daddy are these real these are real pearls and he's like yes they're just like your mommy's he bought her expensive ones and he told her I wanted to give you these pearls I bought them for you when we bought the fake pearls but I had to wait until you gave me the other one so I could give you these and the moral of these stories is that the father anytime that he asked us to do something or anytime he tells us he has something for us or anything anytime he asks us to give him something it's because he always has something so much better in store for us beyond what we're thinking but beyond what we're imagining beyond what we're seeing in the natural and one things my mentor said that really helped me is did he not say it and will he not do it there is a real like calling up into the faith in this time and it doesn't matter what the world says what your circumstances said say how long you've been through something over and over again for for me myself there's been areas of contention in my life of promise that I have seen the same thing happen this that's heartbreaking over and over again but it doesn't matter what I've seen it doesn't matter what you've seen it doesn't matter what the world says it matters what he says it the one who formed you in your mother's womb who wrote down every one of your days in his book it doesn't matter what you've seen or what you've heard it matters what he says and he is a promise keeper not just a promise maker and that's how we're coming to know him in this time and another word that I got that was really helpful is Nicole you have not seen it all you haven't experienced it all and you don't know it all he is doing a new thing and I feel that for the body I think a lot of us have gotten into these ruts and into these places of disappointment and the same thing happening and it's just looking like such a such a battle and like all is lost all hope is lost in this season but I feel like he's saying even though you haven't seen it yet I have so much better for you and even though you you don't like under you can't comprehend how I'm gonna bring this about but I'm doing it even now and so one of the things that he was speaking to me about is fear and reverence of the Lord and what that looks like fear and reverence means being in awe of him and knowing that he is so much bigger so much bigger than we are and he is so much more capable and he can do so much more than we could he is infinite in his knowledge we are so finite and he wasn't the way she showed me that was he showed me this thing that he was asking me to to sacrifice and to let die and in the way that he was I was having this vision of it being like a sick baby that was dying and we give like our children to doctors because we trust them that they know so much more than us and that they can heal them in ways that we can't we have no knowledge to but they can so we give them up and trust that they will help them in ways that we couldn't so it's the same thing we have to have he is a great physician he can do so much more than we can and he knows if he's asking us to give him something it's because he can do something with it we can and so if we truly trust and reverence him we would we would give that um one of the other things he showed me is hopelessness which I feel like is the attack of the enemy right now is really the root is a lack of fear and the Lord and so if you're struggling with that he find that and and you know cast that hopelessness out but also fill yourself with reverence and awe and trust and yield earnest and who he is one of the things like I said I feel like he's doing is he's restoring the way that we see him and you know as a father as a faithful one and in a story that he brought me to excuse me is the story of Sarah and Sarah had even though at one point in the Bible it talks about her struggle but this part it talks about how she had a revelation of God's faithfulness and she rested in the one who made the promise believing that he would keep it and in his faith and a scripture says it's no longer us who lives but Jesus within us so a lot of times I think we try to muster up faith on really where you're just trying we need to live through him and live through his faith but back to the story of Sarah and scripture says the passion translation by faith even Sarah when she was past childbearing age which in the original language it literally meant was she was unable to have children it says she was enabled meaning she received the power the ability and the strength to conceive since she judged him faithful who had promised meaning she trusted God to keep his promise regarding him as trustworthy it literally says she judged him faithful and that's what enabled her to conceive when it seemed impossible and so I do feel like in this season he's teaching many to really war and to rise up as warriors in the kingdom of God so that we can rule and reign in that promised land that he is bringing into and it's his goodness this training is His goodness for us to be prepared and a way to war that I feel like he's bringing us into his declaration it's declaring literally the opposite of what we're seeing even if it's the opposite of what we feel like he's promised us and even if it's been a long time declaring the word of the Lord to us whether that's rain Rhema word or logos word or both of them declaring that destiny over our lives and declaring the faithfulness of God in the face of opposition even when it looks impossible and that's what he's bringing us into that maturity of spirit there's a couple scriptures he wanted me to share Hebrews 11 so these are a couple of different scriptures but it says so we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and studying that that means arrow tips or a wound that weighs us down and keeps us from running our race with freedom and the sin which we so easily fall into in the context there points to the sin of unbelief and doubting God's promises and so obviously in this place where the enemy has just really been trying to attack those promised lands and us stepping into it I'm sure there's been a lot of hurt that's been caused by people by situations but here in this word that I believe is for this season he's he's saying that forgiveness is so important in letting those things go and processing that with him and it really you know processing those emotions and processing forgiveness because doing that allows us to not be weighed down to actually run our race but also to like not partner with unbelief and doubt in this time even even with everything that's happened so that we can really run with passion and determination and and do what he's calling us into and walk into when he's calling us to walk into and it says we look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus the Pioneer and perfecter of our faith if it's not good yet he is not finished yet that's not Scripture but it's very true so there is another scripture first Peter 1:21 and it says it is through him that you now believe in God who raised him from the dead and glorified him so that you would fasten your faith and hope in God alone that's what he's doing in this season for the body he is going to finish the work he started friends he's going to and he's going to accomplish that word and that promise that he's given you just let him do it the way he wants to do it he is on the move
