The word
Remnant of God, you are ABOUT to see a GREAT RESSURECTION in your life if you don’t give up!
In John 20:17 Jesus is talking to Mary and He says, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” John 20:17
I’ve read this so many times but while reading it recently, I felt Holy Spirit prompting my heart, “What does the name Mary mean?
Mary is derived from the Hebrew word “MARAR” translating to “BITTER”.
Another Hebrew root word it’s derived from is spelled “MRY” or “MARA” translating to “REBELLIOUS”.
So essentially it was like Jesus was telling bitterness and rebellion- “Don’t cling to me, I still have to go to the Father. I still have to fulfill my purpose and completely walk out this resurrection.”
EVEN JESUS had a choice to choose to be bitter and rebellious.
He could have been bitter at how much excruciating pain, violent suffering and extreme humiliation He has to go through to get to the resurrection. He could have easily been bitter over how it cost Him everything.
Remember, even Jesus prayed asking God to let His cup of suffering pass if possible.
He could of also easily chosen rebellion because God’s plan didn’t serve Him, it didn’t look like what He would have wanted it to look like, or because God didn’t answer His prayer that He felt like He needed or wanted.
But He didn’t choose bitterness or rebellion, He set those things aside, understanding that they would stop Him from getting to the Father, from fulfilling His purpose and from completing the resurrection.
YOU MUST DO THE SAME.
You must set aside all the bitterness of the past and your process.
You must not allow all of the pain, betrayal, rejection, trauma, abuse, unforgiveness, resentment, shame, condemnation, doubt and all of the different kinds of suffering you have been through to turn into bitterness in your heart.
You must set aside rebellion because of what it’s all looked like for you and how it looks like God may have or may have not answered your prayers.
You must set those things completely aside in order to fulfill your purpose and see the completion of your resurrection that God is JUST ABOUT to do in your life!

Do not give up right before you see the resurrection in your life. This is the third part of the word God led me to release about how you, the remnant of God, are about to see a great resurrection in your life if you don't give up. There's another key to this found in John 20:17. It's Jesus talking to Mary and he says to her, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father.
Go instead to my brothers and tell them I am ascending to my Father and your father, to my God and to your God." Now, the Bible says that the word is living and active, so we can read a scripture a million times and every time the Holy Spirit can highlight or teach you something new about it and that's exactly what he did for me with this scripture. I've read this one so many times, but while reading it recently, I felt the Holy Spirit prompting my heart and he asked me, "What does the name Mary mean?" So, Mary is derived from the Hebrew word spelled m a r a r, which translates directly to bitter. Another Hebrew root word it's derived from is spelled m r y or m a r a, which translates to rebellious. So, essentially, it was like Jesus was telling bitterness and rebellion, "Don't cling to me.
I still have to go to the Father. I still have to fulfill my purpose and completely walk out this resurrection." This stood out to me so strongly because even Jesus had a choice to choose to be bitter and rebellious. He could have been bitter at how much excruciating pain, violent suffering, and extreme humiliation he had to go through to get to the resurrection. He could have easily been bitter over how much it cost him and everything he went through.
Remember, even Jesus prayed asking God to let his cup of suffering pass if possible. He could have easily chosen rebellion because God's plan didn't serve him. It didn't look like what he wanted, what it what he wanted it to look like, or because God didn't answer his prayer that he felt like he needed or wanted, he could have rebelled. But he didn't choose bitterness or rebellion.
He set those things aside understanding that they would stop him from getting to the Father, from fulfilling his purpose, and from completing the resurrection in the will of God. You must do the same. You must set aside all the bitterness of the past in your process, everything you had to go through. You must not allow all of that pain, betrayal, rejection, trauma, abuse, unforgiveness, resentment, shame, condemnation, doubt, and all of the different kinds of suffering you have been through to turn into bitterness in your heart.
You must set aside rebellion because of what it's all looked like for you and how it looks like God may have or may have not answered your prayers. You must set those things completely aside in order to fulfill your purpose and see the completion of your resurrection that God is just about to do in your life. In the next short, I'll share more of the now words God spoke to me about the resurrection in your life, so stay tuned for that. And if this word resonated with you, the links for my one-on-one coaching and mentorship program is in the caption below and the links to sow into this prophetic word and my ministry invitation links are also in the caption below and don't forget to like this and share it for those that need the encouragement in this season.
