I've had this strong sense lately that the Lord is wanting to break off performance and striving and weariness off of his children. And I recently received a daily prophetic word from Prophet Russ with the Father's Heart Ministry. And I knew the Lord told me to share it with you because it's a now word from him. It says, "The Father says today, understand that I am indeed the one who instructs.
Yet there are moments when my desire is not to impart a lesson, but simply to have you delight in my nearness. Will you choose to trust and embrace each day as it unfolds, finding your comfort in my presence? Know this, my work in your life is not solely about refining you or reiterating to your mind the principles of my kingdom. At times I simply long for you to be present in the room with me as it were with me.
There will be seasons perhaps lasting months or even years where you will be sustained by the spiritual nourishment I have already given, drawing strength from that sustenance without a continuous stream of new insights. Be discerning in this and do not emulate those who constantly seek novelty as if every breath must be accompanied by a fresh revelation. Revelation will come, but communion, deep communion and fellowship with my spirit is the love language I wish to share with you. I just want to tell you today that the father loves you.
And I'm reminded of a Graham Quick quote that says, "He loves you because he loves you because he loves you because he loves you." Rest in the unfailing love of Yeshua for you, my friends.
